During molding, a vacuum pump should be used to extract this air as much as possible. Because it is impossible to achieve absolute vacuum, there is always a portion of air trapped in the bricks.
Of course, the smaller the particle size of the mud, the larger its specific surface area, the stronger its ability to combine with water, and the higher the moisture content of the molding, which will increase the difficulty of drying
Prevention and control measures: Reasonably select vacuum pumps, strengthen management, prevent air leakage from clay machines, and ensure that the vacuum degree is above 85%.
